At Arakani Signature, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and in a timely manner. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. Any future international shipping options will be announced on our website.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on: Your shipping location, Order weight, Selected shipping method, All shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: Carrier delays, Weather conditions, Holidays, Operational disruptions
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Arakani Signature is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at saifularakaniabayastore@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to assist you; however, Arakani Signature is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of: The damaged item & The packaging. This will allow us to review and assist you as quickly as possible.
